Located near the west coast of Bali, on the outskirt of the village of Pererenan and a short stroll away from the beach and surrounded by rice fields ensuring privacy and quiet, Palm River is a magnificent place for your holiday.
The immediate surroundings are luxury villas as well and the famous Balinese terrace rice field. The villa is situated 30 minutes from the airport and less than 15 minutes from Seminyak area and Nirwana, the most famous golf course in Bali.
Behind a coved-stone wall, located at the main entrance and accessed by a series of steps and walkways is a large open air living and dining pavilion and a fully equipped European style kitchen. In the other wing, the building features five double bedrooms, an air-conditioned entertainment and games room packed with a wide-screen satellite television and a video projector.
Palm River Villa Rooms
Each of Palm River’s bedroom suites are contained within a single split leveled and double storied wing that is directly adjacent to the main living pavilion. The wing is accessed by another network of waterway steps and teakwood stairs. It consists of 5 well appointed double bedrooms with lavish en-suite bathrooms and walk-in dressing rooms.
The master suite positioned on the second level – features an enclosing open planned veranda that looks out over the pool and river, while the lower suites are flanked by a series of cascading lotus ponds. Each fully equipped en-suite features a sunken spa-tub set against a clear glass wall that offers tranquil scenes of the water features behind it.
All bedrooms have satellite television with DVD players, telephones and fully air conditioned. Also on the upper level is an air-conditioned entertainment and games room, packed with many mod cons including a wide screen satellite television and a video projector for watching “cinema style” DVD movies.

- 1 Gardener & Pool Attendant; tending the garden and the grounds of the villa ensuring all the facilities of the villa run smoothly during your visit.
- 3 Room Maid; taking care of your daily laundry and providing waiter service around the grounds and building of the property and responsible for all housekeeping duties.
